Practice Areas: Mr. Levitsky is an intellectual property (IP)
attorney and handles: technology transfer and commercialization;
acquisition of patents, trademarks and copyrights; IP licensing;
clearance and opinions; agreement work; corporate counseling; and,
litigation management. He has experience as a corporate and general
counsel, and on both the business and legal sides of business
development; additionally, he has experience with business method,
carrier management, electro-mechanical, weighing systems, and
software patenting.
A former U.S. Marine Corps Officer, Mr. Levitsky also holds 5 U.S.
Patents in the areas of: carrier space brokerage; hybrid mail; and,
virtual weighing scales.
